About SharedSpark

SharedSpark is a matching app for low-stakes human contact. It pairs two people live on video because they share one unusually specific interest—not because they want to date, network, or join another always-on community.

Every conversation lasts ten minutes and ends automatically. There are no browsable profiles, no swiping, and no expectation to keep in touch. If both people want to connect afterward, they can; otherwise, the moment ends cleanly.

Our mission is to make talking to a stranger feel specific enough to be natural and structured enough to feel safe. Identity checks, real-time moderation, instant disconnect, reporting, and explicit consent for any saved clip are foundational product requirements.
